HOSEASONS PARK OWNERS CONFERENCE 2024

John E. Wright & Co Ld provided comprehensive printed materials and branding for the Hoseasons Park Owners Conference at the Hilton Metropole, Birmingham NEC.

This included wayfinding signage throughout the venue, branding for Hoseasons' 6m x 3m exhibition space, and materials for the conference itself. John E. Wright also produced and sponsored the awards for the Gala Dinner.

Planning began in April with a site visit to the NEC by John E. Wright and Hoseasons. Measurements and photographs were taken to inform the design process.

For venue signage, John E. Wright utilised eco-friendly, custom-shaped banner stands made from 100% recycled Xanita board, strategically placed as welcome signs, wayfinders, and advertisements. Fabric tube stands also assisted with navigation.

A large entrance area outside the main conference hall was branded using bespoke exhibition frameworks wrapped with Hoseasons' graphics.

Within the exhibition hall, John E. Wright designed and installed a striking 6m x 3m stand featuring a lightbox, a printed back wall with overhead lighting, and a unique archway incorporating a "window box" effect with artificial plants.

John E. Wright also produced a variety of printed materials for the conference, including exhibition guides, gala dinner menus, "golden tickets" for prize drawings, and lanyards.

Hoseasons commented the support they received from the planning process through to the design, production and installation was invaluable and felt they were in safe hands.
